Directly across from a farmers market, this urban row-house project consists of 29 loft-style condominium units that capture prominent views to the Tennessee State Capitol in Nashville. The design challenge was to create a sense of privacy for individual units while at the same time creating a sense of unity for the overall linear type development. A simple plant palette was chosen to provide both seasonal interest and establish a recognizable rhythm complimentary to the architecture.
