Holland, MI
This plan for an existing commercial district creates an important link between a historic neighborhood and Lake Macatawa, Michigan. Business owners and nearby residents combined to help create a vision for their community. The design focuses on reconfiguring vehicular traffic to enhance the pedestrian scale environment. Axial sight lines were identified and helped inform where gathering nodes should occur.
