Kinston Music Park

KMP is the pilot project as part of the African American Music Trail, in collaboration with the North Carolina Arts Council, the Kinston Community Counsel for the Arts and the Lenoir County Cooperative Extension. "The African American Music Trail connects places and people in order to commemorate the rich heritage of African American music in Eastern North Carolina and to inspire residents and visitors alike to celebrate, sustain, and perpetuate the region's vital music history and traditions."
